Tallence AG Awarded EcoVadis Gold Medal for Sustainability

Tallence AG, a consulting company specializing in digital transformation and complex IT landscapes, has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal for corporate sustainability. With an overall score of 80 out of 100 points, Tallence ranks among the top five percent of all companies evaluated worldwide by EcoVadis, across all industries.

Tallence has participated annually in the EcoVadis assessment since 2022. After receiving two Silver ratings and one Bronze rating in previous years, the company has continuously improved its sustainability performance and has now achieved Gold status.
The globally recognized EcoVadis platform evaluates companies based on clearly defined sustainability criteria across four areas: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. In the most recent assessment, Tallence achieved particularly strong results in the categories Ethics as well as Environment and Labor & Human Rights.
In the area of Ethics, Tallence impressed with robust compliance and anti-corruption policies, high data protection standards, and a certified Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 27001. The company’s consistent approach to environmental responsibility was also positively assessed, including measurable targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and waste, transparent emissions reporting, and the responsible handling of IT hardware through refurbishment and recycling.
Within the category of Labor and Human Rights, EcoVadis highlighted Tallence’s initiatives to promote employee health, flexible working models, and programs aimed at equality and the prevention of discrimination. Regular employee surveys further support the continuous development of Tallence’s corporate culture.
