Over the past 20 years, we have matured through constant growth. More mature in experience, in skills, in successes and failures. They all make Tallence unique and attractive. This charm of youthful wildness and mature entrepreneurship has also been able to convince Bernd Scherf of our company. Bernd has joined our management team around Frank Moll (CEO) as Chief Operating Officer (COO) on 1 September this year. We say: "Moin Bernd and welcome on board".

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in IT consulting, he will enrich our Tallence team and support us in our ambitions for sustainable growth. "We want to continue to shake up the market in our own way. With Bernd, we now have a COO on board who shares our vision of digital networking and based on customer-oriented products and individual developments. He is thus the right reinforcement for our management team to be able to safely achieve our ambitious goals for the future," explains Frank Moll.
Most recently, Bernd Scherf was part of the management team at Materna Information & Communications SE as Senior Vice President Managed Service & Operations. His responsibilities there included International Managed Services, Information Technology and various digital and cloud transformation processes. Before joining Materna, Bernd Scherf held various management positions at Sopra Steria SE, based in Hamburg.
